Welcome, fellow seekers, to the sacred lands of Avalon and beyond. We gather as a circle of kindred spirits, drawn by an ancient call to walk the living landscape of Glastonbury and its sister sites — places where myth, memory, and mystery still breathe.

Here, the Tor rises like a beacon of the heart, long held as the Isle of Avalon, a threshold between worlds, crowned by St Michael’s Tower and threaded with stories of Arthur, the Grail, and the old gods of the land. At its feet, the Chalice Well and Gardens offer the red spring of iron-rich waters — the Blood Spring — and the quiet invitation of healing, renewal, and the sacred union of opposites. Nearby, the ruins of Glastonbury Abbey hold the deep Christian roots of this place, intertwined with legends of Joseph of Arimathea, the Holy Thorn, and the resting place of Arthur and Guinevere.

Our journey widens to the greater sacred geometry of the land: the eternal stones of Stonehenge, aligned with the turning of the sun and the cycles of time; the powerful, less-visited circles of Stanton Drew, third-largest stone complex in England and still humming with prehistoric ceremony; and the soaring beauty of Wells Cathedral, rising above its own holy springs, a cathedral of light and stone that has drawn pilgrims for centuries. Throughout our time together, Rev. Dr. Judi will hold workshops that invite us deeper — into presence, healing, and the wisdom that these lands so generously offer.

This is not merely a trip of places, but a pilgrimage of the soul. May we walk with open hearts, listen with quiet minds, and allow the land, the waters, the stones, and one another to awaken whatever is ready to rise within us.

Welcome home to Avalon. May the path unfold in beauty and grace.

See what’s on the itinerary at a glance:

Tor

Glastonbury Tor stands as a luminous threshold between worlds — the legendary Isle of Avalon, a powerful energy vortex and Earth’s heart chakra where ancient Celtic mysteries, Arthurian legend, and Christian pilgrimage converge in a living portal of spiritual awakening.

Apple Orchard

Nestled at the base of Glastonbury Tor, the Avalon Orchard is a living
embodiment of the mythical Isle of Apples
— a sacred grove of the Goddess where the fruit of immortality, healing, and the five-pointed star of the divine feminine invite pilgrims into the fertile mysteries of the Otherworld and the eternal cycle of death and rebirth.

Chalice Well

Chalice Well, the ancient Red Spring at the foot of the Tor, is a sacred wellspring of healing and mystery where the iron-rich “blood” waters of the Earth meet Grail legend, the Holy Chalice of Joseph of Arimathea, and the vesica piscis of divine union — a living portal of peace, purification, and the eternal feminine.

Glastonbury Abbey

Glastonbury Abbey’s hallowed ruins stand as a profound crossroads of faith and legend — the reputed site of Britain’s earliest Christian church, founded by Joseph of Arimathea who is said to have brought the Holy Grail here, and the place where medieval monks claimed to have unearthed the tombs of King Arthur and Guinevere. Amid the soaring stone arches and peaceful grounds, Avalonian mystery, Grail mythology, and centuries of sacred Christian devotion still weave together in quiet, enduring power.

Staton Drew

Stanton Drew’s ancient stone circles form a quieter yet equally potent ceremonial landscape — one of Britain’s largest Neolithic complexes, where massive stones once enclosed a great timber temple, earth energies still pulse, and folklore of enchanted dancers frozen in stone invites deep connection with the ancestral and Otherworldly realms.

Stonehenge (With private early access)

Stonehenge stands as an eternal temple of the ancestors and the stars — a 5,000-year-old circle of megaliths precisely aligned with the solstices, where earth energies, celestial rhythms, and prehistoric ceremony converge in a powerful portal of cosmic connection, healing, and timeless mystery.

Wells Cathedral

Wells Cathedral rises as a luminous Gothic sanctuary of sacred springs and soaring stone — a place where ancient holy waters still flow, light pours through medieval glass, and the unique scissor arches and astronomical clock invite the soul into timeless Christian mystery, beauty, and quiet communion with the divine.
